The hand soap bottle and pump are so good! The bottle looks good and is easy to keep clean. I think it will last nearly forever. I got some replacement pumps just in case and haven’t needed them after a year or more.
Great product for the environment.
Although they sell these I suspect almost at cost I wish I didn't have to buy the replacements in the first place. It feels like a waste of plastic to be throwing out the old ones and they don't last more than a couple refills which defeats the purpose of saving plastic.
Pumps don't pump. Can't push them down Spray replacements good.
I was so happy to find that I could buy a replacement pump for my hand soap rather than buy a whole set and throw away the spare glass bottle.
Love this hand soap. Lovely smell, and doesn't dry your hands. Pump is easy to use and No plastic containers to throw away! Win win.

I have been using dazz products for 3-4 years- so happy with the glass bottles and easy to use soap refill sachets- I buy in bulk- easy to store so I never run out.
Love using my Dazz products. So quick and easy to order and receive the products. And I love that its good for the environment, less plastic waste and the glass bottles are asthetically pleasing.
Its great that the pumps are available to purchase as a stand alone product, as the pumps and spray applicators are always the first to fail.
I was very pleased to be able to replace my pumps for the hand soap as after a few years, they were not working so well. I also topped up my hand soap tabs. They are wonderful. Thank you.
good service. prompt I like to clearner products. Not sure how long the pump shouls last on the hand soap but mine have both stopped working and had to replace after 3 months
Great product
Problem with these is although the lower, glass bottle is fine, the plastic pump inevitably faults after less than 12 months. The first time it occurred you sent a replacement gratis. Since then I've needed to order replacement plastic pumps on two further occasions. Most recently, I ordered more than one, in order to keep spares to hand. The fault thus time was the top not returning to its original position after being depressed. I checked the seating of the spring to see if that was the issue but top still did not return to position. Also, these pumps' components are difficult to recycle - I have to pull them apart to separate the recyclable from the non-recyclable plastics, and then remove to spring to metal recycling
It works perfect now so have two foam bottles

It's great being able to get replacement pumps, however it's annoying that I have to... All four I have stopped working properly within a year. In saying that, the price is affordable.

I really want to support your product and have been doing so for the past two years. I love supporting Kiwi-made products, and I appreciate the environmentally friendly ethos behind your brand. The only ongoing challenge I’ve experienced is that during the winter months, the hand soaps often become thick—sometimes even slimy or with a texture similar to the inside of a chemical weather glass. Unfortunately, this seems to cause the pumps to break. I ordered 6 replacement pumps a few months ago, and more recently purchased 12, but they keep failing. This has meant having to throw them away, which feels like it defeats the purpose of using a green, sustainable product. I’d love to keep supporting your business, but I’m finding it difficult to justify continuing if this issue can’t be resolved. I’m sharing this in the hope that there may be a solution or alternative pump design that works better in cooler temperatures. Thanks for your time, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Bought replacement pump as 1st one i bought got harder 2 pump out & after cleaning it, it still didnt work, so for $1 for a replacement pump, well worth it & cheap enough to buy. Gr8 products & we love them
After many years of use, the pumps finally gave up on our soap dispensers. I was really pleased to be able to order replacements.
Love Dazz products. Besides soda bicarb, I don't use anything else. Glad to be able get a hand soap pump replacement as one of didn't last too long. The other one still going though.

Really appreciate that a replacement pump is only $1. I can keep using my existing glass bottles and only replace the pumps when they start to stick a bit after over a year's worth of use in my bathroom and laundry.

I love the Dazz products as they are gentle, but effective and the fragrance is subtle. I love the glass bottles, the minimalist look and the fact that they actually stand by their eco friendly values. The pump on my hand soap bottle gave out, and they happily and swiftly sent me a replacement pump. Highly recommend!
