Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some CleanPost products may be available through a subscription, recurring order, “Never Run Out” option or pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring product deliveries at the frequency you select.
The product, price, billing frequency and delivery frequency will be displayed before you confirm your subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise CleanPost and our payment provider or subscription provider to securely store your payment details and automatically charge your nominated payment method for each recurring order until the subscription is cancelled.
You may change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee by:
- using the manage-subscription link included in your subscription or order emails; or
- emailing support@cleanpost.co.nz.
Changes or cancellations apply to future subscription orders. Please make any changes before your next scheduled billing date. Where an order has already been processed, packed or dispatched, we may be unable to cancel it.
Orders already processed are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
We may change the price, discount, product, delivery frequency or other material terms of a subscription. Where required, we will provide reasonable advance notice before a material change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment, ask you to update your payment details, pause the subscription or cancel it.
Pre-orders
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is available for immediate dispatch.
The product page will display the expected availability or dispatch timeframe and whether full payment or a deposit is required when ordering.
By placing a pre-order, you authorise us to collect the amount shown at checkout. Where only a deposit is collected, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the remaining balance before the product is dispatched.
You may cancel a pre-order before it has been processed for fulfilment or dispatched by contacting support@cleanpost.co.nz. We will refund any amount paid for the cancelled pre-order to the original payment method.
Once a pre-order has been processed, packed or dispatched, it can no longer ordinarily be cancelled. You may still request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
Expected dispatch dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If there is a material delay, we will contact you with an updated estimated dispatch date. You may choose to continue waiting or cancel the affected pre-order for a full refund.
Returns, refunds and consumer rights
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable New Zealand law.
