CleanPost is operated by Naked Glass Limited T/A CleanPost. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you visit our website, place an order, contact us, subscribe to marketing, purchase a subscription, or otherwise interact with us.
We are based in New Zealand and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and other applicable privacy, consumer and electronic messaging laws.
Personal information we collect
We may collect personal information you provide to us, including:
- your name, email address, phone number, billing address and delivery address;
- order details, purchase history, returns, refunds and customer support records;
- account details, preferences and subscription information, if you create an account or purchase a subscription;

- marketing preferences, such as whether you have subscribed to or unsubscribed from emails or SMS messages.
When you make a payment, your payment information is processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not ordinarily store your full credit card or debit card details.
We may also automatically collect technical and usage information when you use our website, including your IP address, device information, browser type, pages viewed, products viewed, items added to cart, referral source and interactions with our website.
How we collect personal information
We collect personal information:
- directly from you when you place an order, create an account, contact us, subscribe to marketing or use our website;

- from Shopify and other service providers that help us operate our store;
- from Dazz or related businesses where customer details, order history or marketing preferences are transferred to CleanPost as part of a brand, store, product range or business migration;

- manage subscriptions, recurring orders, subscription discounts, billing reminders, delivery frequency and cancellation requests;

- communicate with Dazz customers about the Dazz range, the move to CleanPost, and related CleanPost cleaning products where permitted by law and their marketing preferences;

- comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations; and

Marketing
If you subscribe to marketing communications, we may send you emails, SMS messages or other promotional communications about CleanPost products, Dazz products, offers and updates.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email. You can opt out of SMS marketing by following the instructions in the message. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send you non-marketing messages about your orders, account, returns, refunds, subscriptions or other service matters.
Dazz customer information
Dazz has moved in with CleanPost. If you previously bought from Dazz, subscribed to Dazz emails, or otherwise interacted with Dazz, we may have received your contact details, order information and marketing preferences so we can continue providing Dazz products and related customer support through CleanPost.
We use this information to let you know about the Dazz range, manage customer support, honour your marketing preferences, and make Dazz products available through CleanPost. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at support@cleanpost.co.nz.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, understand website activity, improve our services and support advertising or marketing activity.
